I just signed on with them so I don't know exactly what I think of them, but I cried when I got off the phone because I finally felt that finances were going to be under control. They also explained that this will better my credit. Here is the thing, you shouldn't have to pay extra because there are non for profits out there. Always ask if this is bankruptcy and how it will affect your credit. Because there are three different options, consolidation, counseling, and bankruptcy. Not an expert, just a victim of poor money management.

Here is a website for debt consolidation. I believe it is freee, but I am not positive. They can help you get all your debt together in one and you will have no more late fees and you can pay one payment for all a month. It usually is not a huge payment. I hope this helps!
